What it does
This server provides live lookups of U.S. and Canadian phone numbers to determine carrier, line type, caller ID, spam reputation, and SMS deliverability. It is for agents and applications that need real-time phone number intelligence to validate calling lists, check outbound caller IDs, and verify numbers before messaging.
- Clean calling lists by detecting dead numbers, ported lines, and VoIP endpoints before dialing campaigns.
- Check whether a phone number can receive SMS and if the current time falls within a reasonable 8 a.m.–9 p.m. calling window.
- Enrich CRM records with live carrier data, caller ID information, and spam reputation during agent workflows.
