What it does
Read-only MCP server for verifying x402 USDC payment settlements on Base mainnet and checking publisher x402 manifests. Designed for agents that need to audit payment receipts and federation status without operating a wallet or private keys.
- Verify that an x402 payment settlement actually occurred on-chain by checking the Transfer event against the receipt details.
- Fetch and parse a publisher's `.well-known/x402.json` manifest to understand their payment requirements and accepted schemes.
- Check AFTA federation status and publisher health metrics to assess whether a domain is a certified federation member.
