Contract Compass MCP server

What it does

An MCP server that implements Korean public procurement law as a deterministic rule engine with 94 rules encoded directly from statutes, a searchable corpus of Korean procurement laws and regulations, and live court precedents from law.go.kr. It is for AI agents and developers working with Korean government contracts to look up applicable contract methods, legal grounds, and interpretations without relying on LLM reasoning.
