What it does

Exposes Google Business Profile reviews, stats, and review-request campaigns from ReputeMap. Designed for AI agents to read filtered reviews, analyze per-location metrics, draft replies, and send review requests on behalf of businesses and agencies.

  • Query and filter Google Business Profile reviews by location, rating, recency, or reply status to surface specific feedback for analysis.
  • Retrieve per-location and aggregate review statistics including counts, average ratings, and breakdown by star rating.
  • Send review-request emails to customers through ReputeMap's campaign engine with built-in opt-out handling.

Tools this server exposes

ToolDoes
list_locationsReturns every location the organization manages with their ids.
list_reviewsReturns reviews filtered by location, rating range, reply status, or date range, including any published reply text.
get_review_statsReturns per-location and organization-wide statistics: review counts, average rating, 1–5 star breakdown, unanswered count, and activity in a trailing window.
send_review_requestSends a review-request email to a customer through ReputeMap's campaign engine, respecting opt-outs and using idempotent delivery.
get_usageReturns the current month's credit consumption for the organization.

Before you enable it

An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
