What it does
This server connects AI assistants to PurchasePlus, a hospitality procurement platform. Users with purchaser access can search product catalogues, create requisitions, manage buy lists, and generate reports through Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or other MCP-capable clients.
- Search PurchasePlus product catalogues to find items by category or specification.
- Draft and submit purchase requisitions directly from an AI assistant.
- Build and manage buy lists, then export them as reports for procurement workflows.
Tools this server exposes
| Tool | Does |
|---|---|
| search_catalogues | Search product catalogues in PurchasePlus. |
| draft_requisition | Create and draft purchase requisitions. |
| add_to_buy_list | Add items to a buy list. |
| export_reports | Generate and export procurement reports. |
Before you enable it
An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
