What it does
MCP server that connects Claude to the Postproxy API for publishing and managing social media posts across platforms. Allows developers to check post status, view engagement metrics, list profiles, and manage social accounts through Claude Code.
- Publish a social media post to multiple platforms in a single API call and check if it succeeded.
- Get a summary of engagement, comments, reviews, and messages across all your social accounts for a time period.
- List your social media profiles and their available placements (pages, boards, channels, locations) to target posts correctly.

| Tool | Does |

| profiles_list | List all available social media profiles for posting, optionally filtered by profile group. |
| profiles_placements | List available placements for a profile (such as Facebook pages, LinkedIn organizations, Pinterest boards, or Telegram channels). |
Before you enable it
An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
