What it does
Offnadir Delta exposes live world-event intelligence and satellite collection planning. It monitors geopolitical, security, disaster, and infrastructure events from global sources, verifies reporting against open data, and recommends whether and how satellite imagery can observe them. For OSINT analysts, geopolitical risk teams, and GEOINT specialists.
- Query geolocated world events by region and time window to discover what is happening, assess event severity, and identify which developments can be resolved by satellite imagery.
- Verify event claims against source-linked open data and review the breadth of reporting sources behind each signal to assess credibility.
- Plan satellite collection by checking whether a given sensor can resolve an event, when the next satellite pass occurs, and what imagery is already available in the catalog.
Tools this server exposes
| Tool | Does |
|---|---|
| query_signals | Query geolocated world event signals with severity and satellite-collection recommendations. |
| query_stats | Aggregate event count and breakdown by category and day for a region and date window. |
| query_hotspots | Return geographic cells ranked by event density, with peak severity and representative event IDs. |
| get_world_brief | Fetch the daily AI-synthesized digest of the previous day's worldwide events. |
| query_developments | Identify what changed about events in an area, not just new articles. |
| get_event_thread | Return the full history and state changes of one event in order. |
| search_entities | Find places in the location registry: ports, bases, power plants, maritime chokepoints. |
| get_entity | Retrieve events that have occurred at one location. |
| get_related_events | Find events connected to one event and preceding or following developments. |
| search_imagery | Search the satellite imagery catalog for scenes over an area and date window. |
| plan_event_imagery | Plan satellite imagery collection for one event in a single call. |
| rank_imaging_priority | Identify where observation is most worthwhile and what class of satellite is needed. |
| survey_observable_events | Determine which events in a window a given sensor can resolve. |
| predict_satellite_passes | Return when a location can next be imaged and by which satellites. |
| test_hypotheses | Given competing statements, return the observation that would refute the most of them. |
| lookup_elevation | Measure terrain height from the Copernicus DEM GLO-30 for a point or area. |
Before you enable it
An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
