What it does
An OAuth-protected gateway that exposes WHOOP fitness data (recovery, strain, sleep, workouts) to Claude clients via the official WHOOP OAuth API. Users sign in once through WHOOP's OAuth page, and the gateway stores encrypted tokens per user, making it accessible from any Claude client without manual token management.
- Query your WHOOP recovery, strain, and sleep data to understand your fitness status and recovery trends.
- Review your workout history and body measurements tracked by WHOOP to inform training decisions.
- Analyze your daily cycles and overall fitness metrics within Claude conversations without leaving the app.
Before you enable it
An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
