Local MCP server

What it does

LMCP exposes native Mac applications—Mail, Calendar, Teams, Slack, WhatsApp, OneDrive, Contacts, Notes, Reminders, and 12+ others—as tools that Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor can call directly. It runs on-device for desktop clients and offers an optional encrypted relay for web AI access, with no API keys or costs.

• Have an AI client schedule meetings, check your calendar, or modify existing events on your behalf.
• Request file searches across your Mac, read PDF content, or automate web logins and data extraction from supplier portals.

Before you enable it

An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
