What it does
KoreaStockCheck is an MCP server that provides access to 10 years of DART (Korean government corporate disclosure) filings for all ~3,400 companies listed on the Korea Exchange (KOSPI/KOSDAQ), translated to English. It lets AI assistants look up dilution history, capital actions, audit changes, sanctions, and other regulatory events for any Korean listed company.
- Look up a company's rights offerings, convertible bonds, and capital raises to understand shareholder dilution over the past decade.
- Review audit opinion changes and auditor switches for a Korean-listed company to assess governance shifts.
- Find exchange sanctions, trading suspensions, and delisting records tied to specific filings to evaluate regulatory history.
Tools this server exposes
| Tool | Does |
|---|---|
| company_filing_lookup | Search for regulatory filings of a Korean-listed company by name or 6-digit ticker code. |
| capital_action_history | Retrieve rights offerings, convertible bonds, bonds with warrants, capital reductions, and treasury-share actions for a company. |
| audit_history | Look up audit opinions and auditor changes for a company over the filing period. |
| regulatory_events | Find exchange sanctions, trading suspensions, delisting records, and breach-of-trust disclosures for a company. |
Before you enable it
An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
