Infobip MCP server enables AI agents to send messages through multiple channels (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Viber, Email, Voice, Mobile push), manage authentication flows, handle customer data, and access Infobip platform capabilities. It is for developers building AI agents that need to integrate omnichannel messaging and communication services.
- Send SMS, WhatsApp, or RCS messages from an AI agent to users as part of a workflow or notification system.
- Set up and manage two-factor authentication flows using SMS, voice, or email verification codes.
- Retrieve and manage customer information and perform bulk messaging operations across multiple channels.
