What it does
Agent Wiki provides hosted markdown wikis that Claude and other AI assistants can read, search, and update through MCP. It serves as shared memory for teams where assistants can access and modify project documentation.
- Allow Claude to retrieve project documentation and context from a centralized wiki during conversations.
- Enable Claude to search through team knowledge bases to find relevant information for tasks.
- Let Claude update wiki pages with new findings, decisions, or project information.
Tools this server exposes
| Tool | Does |
|---|---|
| read | Read markdown pages from the hosted wiki. |
| search | Search through wiki pages for relevant content. |
| update | Modify or create markdown pages in the wiki. |
Before you enable it
An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
