What it does
An MCP server wrapping the Elfa API to expose crypto social intelligence from X and Telegram, along with the Elfa Auto condition engine for unattended market monitoring. It is aimed at developers building AI agents or workflows that need to query trending tokens, social mentions, narrative analysis, and automated market alerts.
- Query trending crypto tokens and social mentions from X and Telegram to understand what is gaining attention at a given moment.
- Generate written market or token narrative analysis with source links using LLM-backed interpretation endpoints.
- Set up an unattended Auto query that evaluates market conditions in EQL and fires a webhook or Telegram notification when those conditions are met.
Tools this server exposes
| Tool | Does |
|---|---|
| api_status | Returns API key tier, credit usage, and remaining requests; also confirms the API is reachable. |
| mentions | Retrieves social mentions from X and Telegram, with modes for top engagement ranking, keyword/account search, or a token news feed. |
| trending | Returns what is gaining social attention, scoped to tickers or contract addresses on X or Telegram. |
| narratives | Returns written narrative analysis with source links, either market-wide or for specific keywords. |
| account_stats | Returns smart follower and engagement statistics for an X account. |
| market_chat | Provides written market analysis supporting conversational chat, macro overview, token analysis, and account analysis. |
| auto_build | Converts a plain-language monitoring description into an EQL query draft without activating it. |
| auto_validate | Checks EQL syntax and returns a credit cost estimate before activation, or verifies that a symbol has market data on a venue. |
| auto_query | Lists Auto queries, polls a single query, and reads its executions and LLM sessions. |
| auto_query_write | Activates, cancels, or deletes an Auto query that runs unattended and fires its action when conditions are met. |
| auto_draft | Creates, updates, lists, or deletes inactive Auto drafts, and converts a draft into an active query. |
Before you enable it
An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
