Rncp MCP server

What it does

MCP server providing read-only access to French RNCP and RS professional certification registers. Enables searching certifications, retrieving skill blocs, checking validity and SIRET authorization status, and comparing certifications using natural language queries against data updated weekly from France compétences.

• Verify whether a training organization's SIRET is authorized to deliver or evaluate a specific RNCP certification and identify which skill blocs to declare in EDOF.
• Search for active certifications by level, domain (NSF/ROME codes), or keywords, and compare their scope, certificators, and skill overlaps.
• Check if an RNCP certification is still valid, find its replacement if expired, and understand its CPF eligibility and remaining validity period.

search_certifications	Full-text search across certifications with filters by repository, level, NSF/ROME codes; returns active certifications by default.
get_certification	Retrieve complete certification sheet including certificators, competencies, evaluation paths, status, replacements, and statistics.
list_blocs	List skill blocs (RNCPxxxxxBCyy) for a certification in order, with competencies and evaluation methods, formatted for EDOF declaration.
check_validity	Verify certification status, expiration date, days remaining, final award date, replacement certification, and estimated CPF eligibility.
check_habilitation	Confirm SIRET authorization on a certification and identify roles (trainer/evaluator), certificator, and habilitation status dates.
list_partenaires	List authorized partners for a certification with pagination and filtering by SIRET/SIREN.
compare_certifications	Compare two certifications by levels, certificators, common NSF/ROME codes, and lexical overlap of skill blocs.
changes_since	Return certifications created, modified, deactivated, reactivated, or removed since a given date, filtered by NSF.
get_data_status	Report data export date, age, and counters for total certifications, active certifications, blocs, and authorizations.

An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
