What it does
AIm is an MCP server that logs workout sessions described to Claude or ChatGPT, storing sets, weights, volume, and estimated 1RM. It pairs with a mobile web app to track programs, history, records, and per-muscle load, and provides coaching context so the AI assistant can plan from your actual logged data rather than generic advice.
- Describe a completed workout in natural language to Claude or ChatGPT, and have it automatically logged with sets, reps, and weights tracked.
- Get AI-generated workout programs and coaching advice based on your actual logged history, goals, equipment, and injuries rather than generic templates.
- Review your workout progression over time, including volume trends, estimated 1RM calculations, and per-muscle group load distribution.

Before you enable it
An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
