What it does
Validates check digits for standard identifier formats including IBAN, LEI, ISBN, GTIN/UPC/EAN, VIN, NPI, ISIN, ABA routing numbers, and payment cards. Stateless MCP server that runs on Cloudflare Workers or locally, designed to catch typos in barcodes and other coded identifiers before they corrupt records.
- Verify that a barcode or product code is correctly entered before processing an order or inventory transaction.
- Check that an ISBN provided by a user is valid before looking it up in a book database.
- Validate a vehicle identification number or payment card number to catch transcription errors early.
