Fiskalizimi MCP server

What it does

Fiskalizimi is an MCP server providing Albanian fiscalization utilities: NIPT/NUIS validation, VAT math, fiscal invoice totals with per-rate VAT breakdown, and gross↔net payroll calculations using verified 2026 tax rates. It is for developers building Albanian accounting, invoicing, and payroll systems.

• Validate Albanian tax identification numbers (NIPT) and normalize their format before storing or submitting to authorities.
• Calculate VAT amounts and totals for invoices, including the per-rate base/VAT breakdown required by law 87/2019.
• Compute net salary from gross salary or vice versa using verified Albanian 2026 social contributions and income tax rates.
