What it does
An MCP server that exposes Unreal Engine 5.0–5.8 control through a native C++ Automation Bridge plugin. It allows AI assistants to manage assets, actors, levels, animations, visual effects, sequencer, audio, and other engine systems via HTTP/SSE or WebSocket.
- Spawn and manipulate actors in a level, adjust transforms, and manage components programmatically.
- Create and modify materials, import assets, and organize project content through automation.
- Control Unreal Editor operations like play-in-editor sessions, viewport screenshots, and lighting adjustments.
Before you enable it
An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
