What it does
RoboParts is a database of 798 humanoid robot components (actuators, sensors, chips, protocols, interfaces, AI models, and platforms) with four-dimensional compatibility checking (electrical, mechanical, protocol, software). It is for roboticists and engineers selecting and combining modular robot parts.
- Search for actuators by torque, speed, precision, weight, and cost to find compatible parts for a specific robot design.
- Check mechanical and electrical compatibility between two components before purchasing or integrating them into an assembly.
- Find Chinese domestic alternatives to overseas robot components using the import substitution index.
Before you enable it
An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
