What it does
An MCP server that scans local codebases for cryptographic algorithms vulnerable to quantum computing attacks, including secp256k1, Ed25519, BLS, Schnorr, and RSA. It runs entirely offline on your machine with no network calls, designed for developers working on blockchain, wallet, and cryptographic systems.
- Identify which signing schemes in your blockchain protocol or wallet codebase would be broken by a sufficiently large quantum computer.
- Scan CI/CD pipelines and configuration files to find where classical cryptography is used for code signing or TLS negotiation.
- Inventory post-quantum cryptographic schemes already present in your codebase and understand their standardization status.
Tools this server exposes
| Tool | Does |
|---|---|
| scan_repo | Scans a directory for quantum-vulnerable cryptography in source code, certificates, keys, configuration files, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code; retu |
| list_algorithms | Returns the algorithm families the server recognizes and their quantum-resistance classification. |
Before you enable it
An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
