What it does
MCP server that provides live currency exchange rates and conversion for 30+ currencies, supporting both ISO codes (USD) and Chinese currency names (美元). Uses European Central Bank daily reference rates via Frankfurter with automatic fallback to a secondary API.
- Convert amounts between currencies by specifying a base currency, target currency, and amount to convert.
- Look up current exchange rates between two currencies without specifying an amount.
- Query common exchange rates (CNY, EUR, JPY, GBP, HKD, KRW) by leaving the target parameter empty.
