What it does

Ophis is an intent-based DEX aggregator that lets AI agents describe trades in natural language and executes them as gasless, MEV-protected token swaps on 14 EVM chains. It is built on CoW Protocol and routes through either Ophis-operated settlement (on Optimism, Unichain, and Robinhood Chain) or CoW Protocol's hosted network.

  • Parse natural language trade descriptions like 'swap 100 USDC for ETH on Base' into structured orders via the Intent API.
  • Execute non-custodial, gasless token swaps across 14 EVM chains with MEV protection and capped fee structures (0.01% base plus capped improvement share).
  • Build autonomous trading agents that sign and submit CoW orders locally without ever exposing keys or funds to Ophis.

Tools this server exposes

ToolDoes

resolve_tokenResolves token symbols or addresses to canonical token data across supported chains.
get_chainsReturns the list of supported EVM chains and their identifiers.
get_quoteFetches a price quote for a token pair on a specified chain.
build_orderConstructs a bounded, ready-to-sign EIP-712 CoW order with receiver pinned to owner.
validate_orderValidates an order before submission.
submit_orderSubmits a signed order to the orderbook.
get_rebatesLooks up monthly WETH rebates and referral rewards.
get_balancesFetches token balances for a wallet address.
get_portfolioReturns aggregated portfolio data for a wallet.
get_gasRetrieves current gas price estimates for a chain.
get_chartFetches price chart data for a token pair.
compare_surplusCompares expected surplus against reference quotes.

Before you enable it

An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
