What it does
Korture Hiring is an MCP server for hiring managers that analyzes job roles across four dimensions—the work itself, team interaction, leadership demands, and cultural fit—to estimate what fraction of the population is suited for the role and identify which requirements are constraining the search. It helps managers understand whether a role as described is realistic to fill and what changes would widen or narrow the candidate pool.
- Describe a role you are trying to fill and get back an estimate of how many people are wired for it (e.g., 1 in 50) with analysis of which requirements are make-or-break.
- Adjust specific aspects of a role—such as reducing leadership demands or loosening cultural requirements—and see how that changes the estimated pool of suitable candidates.
- Generate a structured interview guide with competency-based questions tailored to the critical demands of a specific role, then collect candidate assessments and compare results.

| get_brief | Returns the finished brief and can be polled while one is generating. |
| read_the_people | Returns the four facets of the role, estimates approximately how many people are wired for it, and shows what each make-or-break requirement costs in terms of a |
| get_playbook | Returns the structured interview for the role with competencies, questions, and descriptions of strong, mixed, and weak answers. |

| get_scan_result | Returns the assessment result for one candidate, showing how congruent they are with the role. |
Before you enable it
An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
