What it does
HTMLRadar is an MCP server that exposes tracking analytics for HTML documents shared via tracked links. It allows you to see who opened your HTML decks, reports, and proposals, and which sections they read with per-section dwell time. This is useful for anyone sharing HTML-based documents who wants to understand reader engagement.
- Track which sections of a proposal or report a recipient actually read and how long they spent on each.
- Monitor who has opened a shared HTML document and when, with details like device type, location, and total time spent.
- Manage multiple shares of the same document with different access controls (passwords, expiry dates, email allow-lists) and see engagement metrics per share.
Tools this server exposes
| Tool | Does |
|---|---|
| get_shares | Retrieve a list of all tracked document shares with their metadata and engagement summaries. |
| get_share_viewers | Get detailed viewer data for a specific share, including email, device, country, dwell time per section, and visit history. |
| get_section_dwell | Retrieve section-level dwell time metrics for a document, showing how long viewers spent on each detected section. |
| create_share | Create a new tracked share link for an HTML document with optional email gate, password, expiry, and file attachments. |
| update_share | Update share settings such as password, expiry date, email allow-list, or access permissions. |
| upload_document | Upload or update an HTML file to track, optionally replacing the current version across all existing shares. |
| attach_file | Attach a PDF, image, or other file to a share for recipients to download. |
| revoke_share | Revoke access to a tracked share link immediately. |
| get_download_log | Retrieve download logs for files attached to a share, showing which viewers downloaded what and when. |
Before you enable it
An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
