An MCP server that enables AI agents to find, verify, and communicate with small and mid-sized businesses. It provides compliance-gated access to business data (GLEIF LEI, SEC EDGAR, OFAC sanctions screening) and messaging channels (WhatsApp, SMS, email, voice) with TCPA/GDPR/CASL enforcement built in.
- Verify a company's legal registration status and details by querying GLEIF LEI and SEC EDGAR registries.
- Screen a person or entity against OFAC sanctions lists and export-control databases before transacting.
- Send compliant messages to businesses via multiple channels while maintaining audit trails of compliance checks.
