What it does
GroundTruth reads subsurface scans (GPR, locates, pipe scans, X-ray) using two independent AI models to identify hazards and flag do-not-core zones. It also generates itemized trade estimates from job descriptions. Built for scanning technicians, utility locators, and trade contractors who need a second opinion on subsurface calls and quick bid estimates.
- Review a ground-penetrating radar or concrete scan image to locate rebar, post-tension tendons, and other subsurface hazards before coring or excavation.
- Generate a detailed, itemized cost estimate for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or general construction work from a plain-text job description.
- Check current pricing and plan options for both the scanning and estimating tools.

| draft_estimate | Converts a plain-English trade job description into an itemized bid with real materials, fittings, consumables, and labour costs at US market rates for electric |
| get_pricing | Returns current pricing and plan information for GroundTruth scanning and estimating services. |
Before you enable it
An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
