What it does
GRAFOMEM Capture exposes tools to record agent decisions and outcomes on GRAFOMEM Cloud, supporting the Capability-Grounded Reputation (CGR) framework. It integrates with Claude via MCP to enable agents to log judgments that can later be scored against real outcomes, with cryptographic proof of erasure and content-addressed checkpoints.
- Log an agent's prediction or judgment to GRAFOMEM Cloud, creating a signed, content-addressed record that can later be scored when the outcome resolves.
- Retrieve stored judgments and their associated metadata to audit agent decision history and verify what the agent knew at each point in time.
- Delete judgment records and obtain cryptographic erasure receipts as proof that data removal occurred, for compliance or privacy workflows.
Tools this server exposes
| Tool | Does |
|---|---|
| record_judgment | Capture an agent judgment and outcome data to GRAFOMEM Cloud for later scoring against real results. |
| retrieve_judgment | Fetch stored judgments and metadata from GRAFOMEM Cloud by identifier or thread. |
| delete_judgment | Remove a judgment record and obtain a cryptographic receipt proving erasure occurred. |
Before you enable it
An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
