What it does
This MCP server wraps the GetFacade.ai API to let agents design building exteriors, generate cost estimates, and produce documentation albums from a photo of a real building. It handles the full workflow: registering buildings and photos, queuing renders, polling jobs, and managing estimates. It is intended for AI agents acting autonomously, without a human operating the UI.
- Upload a photo of a building and generate a rendered exterior design with country-appropriate materials and products.
- Order a line-by-line cost estimate for a finished render, covering materials and labour priced for the building's country.
- Produce a PDF album documenting the facade build-up, safety notes, and applicable norms for a construction crew.
Tools this server exposes
| Tool | Does |
|---|---|
| create_building | Creates a building record, unique per account, with optional location. |
| upload_photo | Registers a view, uploads the image bytes, and waits for validation to complete. |
| start_design | Creates a design and queues its render, returning a job id immediately. |
| refine_design | Modifies a finished design using a text description and queues a new render. |
| get_job | Polls the status of a single render, estimate, or album job. |
| list_jobs | Lists recent jobs across the account, with unfinished jobs shown first. |
| list_designs | Lists designs for a building along with their renders and finished images. |
| order_estimate | Orders a cost estimate for one or more chosen renders. |
| order_album | Orders a PDF documentation album for chosen renders. |
| upscale_render | Enlarges a finished render asynchronously, consuming tokens. |
| get_estimate | Retrieves an estimate with totals, assumptions, and every line item. |
| add_estimate_line | Adds a single line to an existing estimate. |
| update_estimate_line | Edits a single line in an existing estimate. |
| delete_estimate_line | Removes a single line from an existing estimate. |
| delete_render | Deletes one render, returning its design to draft if it was the main render. |
| delete_design | Deletes one design and all renders under it. |
| delete_building | Deletes a building and all data under it. |
| list_token_packages | Lists the token packages available for purchase on this account. |
| buy_tokens | Refills the agent wallet, subject to the key's purchasing permissions and spend cap. |
| get_balance | Returns the agent wallet balance, key spend cap, and whether the next paid call will be accepted. |
| report_problem | Reports a defect in the API; works even on an empty wallet at no cost. |
Before you enable it
An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
