What it does

Nano Pay is a self-custodied XNO (Nano) wallet and x402 payment client that enables AI agents to make sub-second micropayments to x402-priced APIs. It serves as both a client for spending and a merchant server for earning, with on-ledger settlement and no intermediary required.

  • Pay for API calls priced in x402 format using Nano micropayments, with local wallet custody and per-payment price caps.
  • Top up a Nano wallet from USDC-on-Base via NanSwap integration, then make hundreds of thousands of metered API calls at true per-call prices.
  • Run a merchant server that accepts Nano x402 payments, verifies and settles blocks on-ledger, and serves paid endpoints to visiting agents.

Before you enable it

An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
