What it does
Evlek exposes real-time property data for North Cyprus through an AI-native interface. It provides access to active listings, price indices, district profiles, yield estimates, and market comparisons across six cities and over 100 districts. Developers and AI agents use it to search properties, analyze markets, and estimate rental yields.
- Search property listings in North Cyprus by city, type (sale/rent/daily), bedrooms, and price range in GBP.
- Compare cities or districts side-by-side to see prices, listing counts, yields, and market conditions.
- Estimate rental yield and breakeven years for properties in specific cities or districts.

Before you enable it
An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
