What it does
This server provides full-text search and retrieval of published court decisions from all Swiss judicial instances (federal courts, 26 cantons, administrative authorities, penal orders) in German, French, and Italian. It is operated by the non-profit association entscheidsuche.ch and requires no authentication.
- Search Swiss court decisions by keyword, case number, or legal citation to find relevant precedents and judgments.
- Retrieve the full text of a specific court decision by its ID to review complete details and reasoning.
- Filter and browse decisions by court hierarchy, decision date, language, and other metadata to narrow research scope.

Before you enable it
An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
