What it does
Exposes the Czech insolvency register (ISIR) to query active and historical insolvency and bankruptcy records by company ID (IČO) or person. Intended for compliance teams, due diligence professionals, and developers building KYC/AML workflows.
- Check whether a company or individual has active or historical insolvency filings before entering a business relationship.
- Retrieve insolvency and bankruptcy history as part of automated due diligence screening.
- Monitor changes in insolvency status for ongoing compliance monitoring.
Tools this server exposes
| Tool | Does |
|---|---|
| lookup_insolvency_by_ico | Query insolvency and bankruptcy records by Czech company ID (IČO). |
| lookup_insolvency_by_person | Query insolvency records by person identifier. |
This entry comes from the registry but points to no public repository, so there is nothing to check: no commit history, no source, no tool list. It is listed for completeness and left out of search engines.
Before you enable it
An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
