What it does
This server provides access to EU company registry data across 16 countries including Sweden's Bolagsverket, the Czech ARES registry, and related compliance data. It is for developers building due diligence, KYC/AML, and company verification features into AI applications.
- Look up company details and ownership information across EU business registries by company identifier or name.
- Screen companies against EU and OFAC sanctions lists and check VAT payer reliability as part of compliance workflows.
- Verify statutory representatives and trace ultimate beneficial ownership (UBO) chains for regulatory due diligence.
Tools this server exposes
| Tool | Does |
|---|---|
| lookup_by_ico | Retrieve full company record from Czech ARES registry by tax ID (IČO). |
| search_companies | Search companies in Czech registry by name, city, street, postal code, or NACE activity code. |
| search_by_address | Find all companies registered at a specific Czech address. |
| search_by_nace | Search Czech companies by CZ-NACE activity code and optional city filter. |
| get_statutaries | Retrieve current statutory body representatives for a Czech company by IČO. |
| validate_dic | Validate Czech tax ID (DIČ) format. |
This entry comes from the registry but points to no public repository, so there is nothing to check: no commit history, no source, no tool list. It is listed for completeness and left out of search engines.
Before you enable it
An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
