What it does

Cellarion is a wine cellar management service that lets you track bottles, organize them in cellars and racks, search a shared wine registry, get drink-window recommendations, and chat with an AI sommelier about your collection. It's primarily a hosted web app at cellarion.app, but also available as open-source for self-hosting.

  • Log and organize your wine collection by cellar, rack, vintage, producer, and region, with 3D room visualization for physical placement.
  • Get sommelier-curated drink-window alerts to know when bottles are approaching peak maturity, in their drinking window, or past it.
  • Search a shared wine registry by fuzzy matching, scan wine labels with AI to auto-fill details, and chat with an AI assistant about food pairings and occasion picks from your actual bottles.

Before you enable it

An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
