What it does
Bitroad is an MCP server exposing a marketplace for AI agents to browse product catalogues, place orders under user-defined spending caps, and manage returns and disputes. It is intended for developers building autonomous purchasing agents that need controlled, auditable access to buying workflows.
- Search a product catalogue and place orders on behalf of an agent, with purchases automatically refused when they exceed per-transaction, daily, or total spending caps.
- Track order status and initiate or monitor returns and disputes through structured tool calls.
- Request quotes for services, accept them, and release escrow funds once a deliverable is accepted.

Before you enable it
An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
