What it does
BidDeed exposes foreclosure auction and zoning intelligence for Florida counties through CLI tools that can be chained together. It provides agents for analyzing foreclosure auctions, zoning data, and real estate valuation scenarios, with results stored in Supabase and pipeable between tools.
- Look up zoning data and parcel information for a Florida address, then pipe that into auction analysis to evaluate foreclosure opportunities.
- Analyze distressed assets using Build-to-Rent valuation methods (cost, income, and comparable approaches) to calculate maximum bid prices for rehab scenarios.
- Chain multiple CLI tools together to run full analysis pipelines on foreclosure properties, persisting results to Supabase for audit logging and durability.
Tools this server exposes
| Tool | Does |
|---|---|
| cli-anything-zonewise | Scrapes and looks up zoning data for parcels using Firecrawl, Gemini, and Claude. |
| cli-anything-auction | Analyzes foreclosure auction data from RealForeclose, BCPAO, and AcclaimWeb sources. |
| cli-anything-swimintel | Extracts swim meet intelligence from PDF psychsheets and generates DOCX reports. |
| cli-anything-btr | Runs Build-to-Rent and distressed asset analysis including MAI three-approach valuation and rehab max-bid calculations. |
Before you enable it
An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
This server has not seen a commit in 13 d. It may still work, but nobody is currently fixing it — check the alternatives before you build on it.
