What it does
Agent Utilities provides eight tools for autonomous agents to validate payments, check wallet balances on Base, audit merchant revenue, and verify web evidence before taking action. It charges per successful query in USDC via x402 protocol and requires no account setup.
- Check ETH and USDC balances on a Base wallet before authorizing a payment transaction.
- Verify a URL is accessible and retrieve its content as timestamped web evidence for citation or fact-checking.
- Audit a merchant's x402 payment setup to diagnose why an API endpoint is not generating revenue.
Tools this server exposes
| Tool | Does |
|---|---|
| merchant_snapshot | Diagnose why an x402 API is not selling. |
| merchant_audit | Run a complete x402 merchant revenue audit. |
| treasury_preflight | Check a Base wallet before payment. |
| payment_guard | Validate an x402 purchase before signing. |
| base_balance | Read ETH and USDC balances on Base. |
| check_url | Check one public URL and retrieve its content. |
| verify_web_evidence | Verify timestamped web evidence. |
| batch_check_urls | Check up to ten public URLs. |
Before you enable it
An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
