What it does

A governed MCP server that risk-checks every tool call before execution and seals results with signed, Bitcoin-anchored receipts. It exposes 51 tools (41 base tools and 10 Astra plane tools) and is designed for callers and auditors who need verifiable provenance and institutional control over remote procedure execution.

  • Verify that tool calls were executed and approved by auditing the signed receipt chain without requiring source code access.
  • Call governed tools with confidence that each invocation was risk-checked before execution and the result is sealed with a cryptographic receipt.
  • Audit the running server's protocol conformance, authentication behavior, and receipt validity through public verification endpoints and offline checks against published trust anchors.

Before you enable it

An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
