What it does
An MCP server that exposes aitrips.io, a map-based trip planner where every stop has coordinates and every route between stops is drawn on a map. It provides tools to build and review multi-day itineraries with real transport routing across 11 modes, shared in real-time with collaborators.
- Build a day-by-day itinerary by adding activities, accommodation, and transport legs that appear on a map with actual routed paths.
- Add transport between two locations (train, car, flight, etc.) and have the route automatically geocoded and drawn on the map.
- Review a complete trip to identify gaps like missing transport, unbooked items, empty days, or stops without coordinates.

| trip_item_repair_transport | Recover a missing origin by parsing the item name and geocoding it. |
| trip_review | Read the whole trip and report gaps: missing transport, empty days, stale routes, stops with no coordinates, unbooked items close to departure. |
| trip_location_add | Save a place with coordinates and a type. |
| trip_location_list | List saved places, filtered by type, city or country. |
| trip_location_nearby | Find saved places within a radius of a point. |
| trip_location_delete | Delete a saved place. |
| trip_task_create | Create a task with priority and due date. |
| trip_task_list | List tasks, filtered by status. |
| trip_task_update | Update a task's details. |
| trip_task_complete | Mark a task done. |
| trip_task_delete | Delete a task. |
| trip_note_create | Write a markdown note, optionally pinned to a date. |
| trip_note_list | List notes, with an optional date filter. |
| trip_note_update | Edit a note. |
Before you enable it
An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
