What it does
Pequod exposes complete US ETF holdings from SEC N-PORT filings and provides identifier crosswalks (ticker, CUSIP, SEDOL, FIGI) backed by SEC and OpenFIGI data. It is for developers building agents that need auditable, primary-source ETF composition data and security identifier resolution without vendor market-data subscriptions.
- Retrieve the complete holdings list of any US ETF with weights and asset allocation from the latest SEC filing.
- Resolve a CUSIP or FIGI to a verified ticker symbol with cross-source verification to catch mismatches.
- Compare holdings overlap between multiple ETFs by joining on ISIN or ticker across complete position lists.
Tools this server exposes

| lookup_cik | Convert a ticker to its SEC CIK number and retrieve entity metadata including name, SIC code, exchanges, and fiscal year end. |
| resolve_ticker | Normalize a raw ticker with optional exchange code to a Yahoo-convention symbol verified against SEC and OpenFIGI sources. |
| resolve_cusip | Convert a CUSIP or SEDOL to a symbol with cross-source verification using OpenFIGI and SEC name/ticker agreement. |
| resolve_figi | Convert a Bloomberg FIGI to a symbol with cross-source verification using OpenFIGI and SEC data. |
| get_etf_holdings | Retrieve the complete holdings list from the latest monthly N-PORT filing for a US ETF, including ticker, ISIN, FIGI, LEI, shares, USD value, percentage of net |
Before you enable it
An MCP server runs with whatever access you give it. Start with a development account rather than production, and check which tools the server exposes before you let an agent call them unattended.
